Lobachivka founded in 1680. From 1795 - as part of the Russian Empire. In the 19th - beginning of the 20th century - the township of Dubno district of the Volyn province.

In 1847, 89 Jews lived in Lobachivka,
in 1897 - 193 Jews (19,6%),

The township was so small that there are no any shops in the 1913 reference book.

The Nazis occupied the village in the summer of 1941. In 1942, Jews were deported to ghetto in Horokhiv and in early September 1942 were shot with local Jews.
